PP ROLLS Manufacturing process

Raw material:The primary material used is polypropylene granules, which are melted and extruded into continuous filaments.
Weaving process:These filaments are then woven together on a loom to create a fabric with a desired weave pattern, determining the strength and flexibility of the final roll.
Customization options:Manufacturers can adjust the fabric properties by changing the yarn size, weave density, and adding treatments like lamination to suit specific needs.
